Here are some easy steps on how to make Shadow Water!

You may have seen Shadow Water on YouTube, and wanted to know how to make it.

Well, here they are!! If you're lazy and don't want to build your own, you can also find my Shadow Water on Phunbox.

1. Make a small ball. Choose the pen tool and make a pen in the middle of the circle. Clone the combination of pen and ball it so there are about 80 of them. (I know, lots...)

2. Now take the spring tool and connect all the balls together, in every possible combo. Do not organize the springs in any way, make them as random as possible.

3. Select everything by using the box tool and drawing a rectangle around it all.

4. Right-click on a ball and 1. Go down to <Springs.......> and change the spring strength to 0.138 and the spring damping to 0.100.2. Change the weight of it all to 100.00kg, the Friction to 0 and the bounciness to 1.000.

5. Now go to where it says <Geometries.....> and go down to where it says <Controller>. Click it, and hit one of the arrow keys. The white box below should change from <No directional controller> to <keys up right down left>.

6. Now go down to <Controller acceleration> and click that. change the slider to 20.00 m/s2 and text-edit it to 120.00 m/s2 by highlighting the 20.00 m/s2 and typing in 120.00.

7. Select it all again (yes, again!) and go down to <Pens...>. Change the pen size to 0.06 and the fade time to 1.0 s.

8. Still selected, change the colour of everything to pure black (full opacity, full 'blackness,' no saturation) from the colour menu. Now, go down to <Select....> and click <springs>. Change the spring colour to invisible by changing the opacity to 0.
