Moving a page is done by renaming it. This action can be found at the orange more button next to the page title. If it's not there, you can use the special:movepage page. Use it like this: http://gwind.pair.com/~phun/wiki/Special:Movepage/articlename, where articlename should be replaced by the article you want to move.
