Sorry, gemist..

Toch geen probleem, want de andere vertaling heeft het tot de release geschopt (vraag me niet waarom :S )
Je kan het trouwens ook zelf aanpassen wink  Hoe meer support hoe meer vreugde smile

btw: ben jij het eens met de vertaling van "shader" naar "schaduwen"? Ik ( = amerikaans) kan me niet indenken dat dit de Nederlandse vertaling is ervan?

Re: Phun translations

Hi!

I've made Slovenian translation. Here it is http://www.phunland.com/wiki/Slovenscina.cfg

I also made slovenian help file http://www.phunland.com/wiki/Slovenscina_help.txt

Slovenian language uses also characters like š,č and ž. In this translation, I have used s, c and z instead.

May I ask how to upload the slovenian flag (I've seen there are flags in www.phunland.com/files/flags)?
Also I have one comment - when you choose (in whatever language) Show-Info, this menu is in english.. maybe it would be OK to translate it as well?

Best regards and have a lot of Phun!

Re: Phun translations

Russian translation done using Cyrillic charset, had to modify the font file (fixedsys.raw).

How can I upload all the stuff? As far as I understand, Wiki does not allow file posts (binary data).

For now, I uploaded the whole package here: http://depositfiles.com/files/4419087

Thuper, you forgot the Traditional Chinese!! You used the Simplified Chinese.

Darn. Thuper just done a direct translation. Oh well...

because chinese characters are not latin-1,so I didn't translate the cfg.

And your translations to Traditional Chinese are good complements.

You cannot upload your own flag (not yet, anyway). You upload you language files without any flag and I will upload a flag when I have the time.
Also: thanks for pointing out the info box translation, I had forgot about that one! I will add translations for it in the next beta.

You're right, but i believe the problem comes from the wiki =P The text is displayed correctly in-game. Of course, if you know of a solution that makes it readable in the wiki while retaining a correct display in-game, that'd be lovely smile

Thanks a lot for the feedback !

Re: Phun translations

Hey, and are you going to include different FIXEDSYS fonts in the next version?
That would be nice, at least for the Russian and other Cyrillic languages - because I already made the font.
Thanks!

Re: Phun translations

And there should be a way to specify which font to use in the language file.

P.S. When is it gonna be OpenSource, so we can start adding stuff together? wink

Re: Phun translations

I hope next Phun will accept UTF-8 in console. wink
Because Japanese help file and config file are not in Latin1 and won't be accessible from within Phun beta 3.5.

Re: Phun translations

The next release will not support UTF-8. The biggest hurdle to overcome to get unicode support into phun is the font rendering, but I know how many people want unicode support, and it is high up on my todo-list. Support for different font files (with other ascii flavours than Latin-1) is a lot simpler, and I may add support for that a lot sooner than true unicode support.
