Support button?
I don't know, but all of theese suggestions need a button so you can press it, sort of like voting. If you like a suggestion, press "support", if not, press "delete". After a certion number of "supports" then it will be automatic moved to "Suggestions Best". I don't know, but it would be cool... I guess... 
Of course link would have to check them first.

Or perhaps a 'Kudos'? Like if they get a certain number of kudos then uhm.. something happens.. and remember all of the forum suggestion have to comply with the Phbb if u look at the official sony forums they have the kudos thingy

As good as a suggestion is the is the problem of can it be done or in most cases thing people wouldn't actually want (but they think they do)
