each copy having a unique code built in of some way and that code can only be used once ( or a set amount of time based on the license thy bought) on the website to generate another code that you put in to algodoo and without it it will not work.
and also having checksum on all the activation files so if one is changed (outside of algodoo(if inside it will update the checksum)) algodoo will not run!

i think they should sell personalized keys depending on what your ip address is and you type it in phu to get the new features

no, cuz some websites use your ip to identify if you have already tried the free trial, so if the ip changed every day, you would get unlimited free trials

why not make them use accounts which will store there key.
when they install it they provide there user and password for there account.
Algodoo checks for there license and marks it as used. (after used so many times the code will expire and the only way to get another is to request one from algoryx using the email adress they signed up with.
if a school license is used before algodoo can be used after so many time the license will have to be locked meaning no one can use it to activate there copy.

If you have a dynamic IP, or if you use a different proxy everyday.
Computers normally have a static IP that's permanent.

computers do but ur router or modem doesnt. in the uk if u want a static ip you have to pay extra for it 
but in a way its a static ip adress because they dont change much.

Hey! I've found that. The webpage of Doo Box is created, but it's protected with password... but i tried to search for www.phunland.com/doobox (doobox webpage) and that what i've found
Step 1. Search www.phunland.com/doobox in Google
Step 2. Click in "In order to show you the most relevant results, we have omitted some entries very similar to the 2 already displayed.
If you like, you can repeat the search with the omitted results included."
Step 3. You can see some upload pages and names like Paradigm_29 (!?) or optics_v2.png...
i think it's going to be released very very very very soon!!
PD: I'm not N00b, i've created my user today, but I've been reading the forums 1 year ago...
