I have looked and it hasn't (somehow) been suggested before soooo....
I propose a tool where you can type in text ( like in powder game ). Sounds simple enough, i do not know how hard it would be to program however.

i can't believe nobody though of this b4
and it could support our OS's fonts... we wouldn't need to import it from inkscape or anything anymore

Nice idea, i was actually thinking about something like this too. You should also change the fonts so you can get things like windinks and get cool shapes.
I used to think I was indecisive... but now im not sure

Yea! And you could make your own fonts for a library of pre-defined shapes you made~! And we could post the fonts we make! ( new topic area? )

imagine a real working roflcopter! actually, it would be great for videos and such because you could put a name on a vehicle, or many other things, with ease.

There should also be an option that lets you change the size of the text and an option that will let you group whole words together.

It would be cool if you could create text that was like an object, or you could "paste" words to the background, so you could give instructions, or explanations in the actual scene.

@Mystery - whenever you want to post anything, go to the "show recent posts" link at the bottom of the index. Check the dates on the last posts, and IF it's not like a week old you can post. If you post like this on an old thread, it bumps (hence "MEGA BUMP!") the thread to the newest post on the recently posted, where everyone is, looking for the latest news and things.
don't feel alone in this, because just a few months ago i was in the same place.
- oh, and don't mind the people here, sometimes they can be mean, but you get used to it - just don't backtalk anyone until you know them.

O.O oh noes, im sorry..... wait wat, ur not a Mod.
ANYWAYZ, there are Some .CFG's that have Text in them (like type the letter and it pops up), u should look around there are some good ones.
